Beatrice Ann Adams, 85, of Chillicothe, died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at her residence. She was born August 3, 1923, in Ross County, to the late William and Mary Ann Miller Rinehart. On May 18, 1946, she married Ralph Adams, Jr. who died May 11, 2000.

Surviving are children, Kimberly (Robert) Collins, Kezia (Rodney) Fleshman, David (Cris) Adams and Duane (Christine) Adams, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Robert (Kelly) Collins, David (Shannon) Adams, Matthew (Sarah) Fleshman, Tiffany Fleshman, Noah Adams, Jason (Danielle) Lemaster and Jami (Tony) Easterday; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Boneda Vollmar Crites, of Bourneville; sisters-in-law, Janie Cottrill, of New Holland and June Rinehart, of Chillicothe; brother-in-law, John Templin, of South Salem, OH and several nieces and nephews including a special niece and her husband, Judy and Joe Abernathy. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Amanda Adams and 8 brothers and 3 sisters.

Bea was a member of the Jefferson Avenue Church of Christ In Christian Union. She worked at the Chillicothe Telephone Co. for over 40 years, was a member of O.E.S. Chapter 419 and had been a Mother Advisor for Rainbow Girls.

Services were entrusted to Ware Funeral Home of Chillicothe, Ohio.
