Hazel Bolenbaugh, 87, Sullivan, died at 10:30 p.m. Monday, April 12, 1999, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Vincennes.
She was born Nov. 29, 1911, in Sullivan County to Lee and Lula Niewald Robbins. She was a member of New Lebanon Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Bolenbaugh, who died in 1992; one daughter, Donna Mae Bolenbaugh; three brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include one son, Thomas Bolenbaugh, New Lebanon; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Zion Cemetery with the Rev. Barbara Allen officiating. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Banks & Brust Funeral Home.
