Wanda was born in Lindsay, Oklahoma, on September 7, 1931.
Wanda graduated from Corcoran High School, and College of the Sequoias.
Wanda loved traveling the world, including spending time at her home in Morro Bay where she was a member of the Eagles Lodge.
She was an avid reader, enjoyed listening to music, crossword puzzles and most importantly playing and sharing new experiences with her great grandchildren who were the apple of her eye.
Wanda touched the lives of many people during her 57 years as a legal assistant. She spent 44 loyal years as the assistant to Leo Kolligian, Esq.
Wanda was predeceased by her mother Mary Eugenia Robbins; and her siblings Troy and Alvie Robbins.
Wanda will forever be remembered by her beloved daughter Stephanie Williams and her husband Bruce; treasured grandchildren Shannon Williams, Courtney Dow and her husband Clinton; precious great grandchildren Kylie and Connor Dow; cherished siblings, Leroy Robbins and Betty Ramos; along with many other family and friends whom were blessed to know her.

Graveside service will be held at Grangeville Cemetery in Armona, CA on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
