She was a member of The Church of St. Madeline, where she was an Extraordinary Minister for over 30 years and was Former President of St. Raphael Retreat House.
She was a graduate of Little Flower High School. Thelma loved animals and was a former volunteer at the Delaware County SPCA.
Thelma is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ralph J. Fascenda.
