Mrs. D. B. (Jeanette) Bardin, 54, died early yesterday morning at her home in Peniel, following an illness extending over several years.
She was a daughter of the late Judge B. Roberts and had lived here her entire life. Besides her husband, three daughters survive. They are: Mrs. Eugene Williams, Jacksonville and Misses Ethel and Olive at home. Three brothers also survive, Walter R. Roberts, Newport, Richard Bloxham Roberts, Miami and Q. I. Roberts, this city.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today at the Peniel church with Rev. Gordon Bennett, officiating. Interment will take place in the Peniel Cemetery. W. Carl Davis is in charge of the funeral. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd Monday, 19 Feb 1934.)
