Catherine Roberts Bard was a graduate of Juniata College and the first Huntingdon County librarian. She was survived by son, Sheldon l. Bard, Jr., three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by siblings: R. Lamonte Roberts, half-brother Loius Roberts and half-sister Mary Lytle.
