2 June 1975: Alma P. Roberts Allen, widow of Luke M. Allen, 241 Old Mine Road, died early this morning at the home of her son, Harry, Minersvillage. She was 67. Born in Cornwall, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Henrietta Smith Roberts. She was a 1925 graduate of Cornwall High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cornwall and served as secretary-treasurer of the church. She was also a member of the WCTU, the Sarah Jackson Chapter 73 Order of Eastern Star, Reading, and the Southeast Council of Churches. She is survived by five children: Harry P. Allen, Mrs. Darlene Simmons, Clarence M. Allen and Oliver L. Johnson, all of Cornwall, and Robert L. Allen, Philadelphia; 10 grandchildren and a brother, Charles, Chester, Pa. [Lebanon Daily News]
