Funeral Service For Walter W. Rose This Afternoon At 2
William Walter Rose, 73, of Decatur 3, died here Sunday at 3:25 at the home of a son, W. Earl Rose, 504 Gordon Dr. SW.
Funeral services were to be this afternoon at 2 from Basham Chapel Church with the Revs. Wallace W. Lovett, Jimmy Rodgers and James Minor officiating. Interment is to be in the adjoining cemetery with Brown directing.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mary L. Rose; one daughter, Mrs. Willie Johnson, Danville 3; two sons, W. E., Decatur and H. E. Vicksburg, Miss.; one brother, C. W. Rose of Maryland; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
