Willie Bee was born the daughter of Willis Franklin and Dora Agnes(Collins)Rose. On November 29,1937 she married James Oscar Holderfield in Moulton(Lawrence County)Alabama. Two children came from this union named,Robert Boyce,Nancy Rose.

Her Obit

Mrs. Holderfield died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2001, at NHC Healthcare of Moulton. She was born Jan. 23, 1918, in Lawrence County to Willis Rose and Dora Collins Rose. A long-time member of Courtland Church of Christ, she was lunchroom manager of Courtland High School and an Avon representative.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, James Oscar Holderfield; one son, Robert Boyce Holderfield of Florence; one daughter, Nancy Loosier of Courtland; one brother, J.C. Rose of Hillsboro; two sisters, Annie Mae Holderfield of Lafayette, Ind., and Ruby Cross of Courtland; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Williams, Billy Ray Williams, Don Williams, Joe Williams, Dennis Holderfield, Ted Holderfield, Wayland Cross and Billy Lambert.
