Rita C. Avallone (nee Rosetti), 89 of Cherry Hill, N.J., passed away on Sunday March 29th, 2015.
She was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 15th, 1925. She was married to Thomas Avallone who preceded her in death. Rita was an employee of Woolworths in the Cherry Hill Mall for many years.
Rita was the beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by three children, Raymond Avallone of Cape May Court House, Thomas Avallone of Haddon Heights and Roseanne Fisher of Cherry Hill. Daughters-in-law, Linda and Lynn Avallone. Grandchildren, Nicole Avallone Cozzi, (Steve) Steven Avallone, Thomas Avallone, Jr. (Alicia), Dayna Fisher and James Fisher. Great-grandchildren, Gianna, Dominic, Elizabeth and Grace.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her viewing Wednesday from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Catholic Community of Christ Our Church, (St. Peter Celestine Location) 402 Kings Hwy. Cherry Hill, N.J. Mass of Christian Burial Wed. 11 AM also at the church. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Blackwood,N.J.
