PROSPECT — Mrs. Mary (Rosetti) Ingala, 89, of Prospect, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2009, at Saint Mary's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of James Ingala.

Mrs. Ingala was born Sept. 26, 1919, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Antonio and Giuseppina (Tedesco) Rosetti. She was employed at W.T. Grant & Co., Howland Hughes and the Bank of Boston, until she retired. Her greatest joy of her life was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was known and loved by all for her irrepressible love of life, laughter and people. She was a communicant of St. Anthony Church.

She leaves two daughters, Jo Capobianco and her husband, Gerard, of Prospect, Geri Scacco and her husband, Donald, of Woodbury; her sons, James Ingala Jr. and his wife, Cheryl, of Cheshire, Anthony Ingala and his wife, Maryann, of Prospect, Leo Ingala and his wife, Dawn, of Prospect; a sister, Alice Fontano of Waterbury; seven grandchildren, Rod Capobianco, D.J. Scacco, Matthew Ingala, Marlana Ingala, Andrea Ingala, Vincent Ingala and Desi King; two great-grandchildren, Gabriella Capobianco and Donny Scacco III; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Roz Panasci and Louise Guarnieri.

Arrangements: Funeral 9 a.m. Friday at Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, to St. Anthony Church for a Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hour is 8 to 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home
