Mrs. Nellie Alger
Canandaigua, May 2--At her residence in the town of Hopewell, several miles east of this village, occurred the death of Mrs. Nellie Alger yesterday, after a long illness with cancerous troubles. The deceased was 41 years old. She was well known in this vicinity, as her family has resided here for many years. She leaves her husband Albert Alger; her mother, Mrs. Ross of this village, and two sisters, Mrs. A. Lincoln Clapper of this place and Mrs. Charles R. White of Ionia. The funeral will be held from the residence of Mrs. Clapper in this village tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Arthur Copeland conducting the services, and interment will be made in Woodlawn cemetery.
