Gloria Ann ANDREWS, 58, of 705 E. Fourth St., Rochester, passed away at 1:13 a.m. Thursday at her residence.
Gloria was born in Rochester on June 29, 1951, the daughter of the late William and Betty (Bruscher) Rouch. Gloria and David W. Andrews were married Oct. 10, 1981, in the First Church of God, Rochester.
She was a graduate of Rochester High School and Knox Beauty College. She worked as a beautician at Feista Salon and later owned and operated G's Scissors of Rochester. She was also a homemaker and treasured the time with her grandson David III.
Gloria was a member of the First Church of God and the Eagles Lodge, both of Rochester.
She is survived by her husband, David, at home; a son, David Andrews II, Rochester; a grandson, David Andrews III, Rochester; a brother, Roger Rouch and wife Salina, Fulton; father- and mother-in-law Jerry and Janet Andrews, Fulton; and an aunt and two cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Brandon.
A celebration of the life of Gloria A. Andrews will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester, with the Rev. Larry Dodge officiating. Friends may visit with the family from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
