Mrs. Montarie Fabian, age 89, of Holly Springs, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2009 at Northside Hospital-Cherokee. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2009 with Rev. Billy Boggs officiating. Interment will follow in the Cherokee Memorial.
Mrs. Fabian was a homemaker and member of Holly Springs United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Fabian and son, James Stanley Fabian;
Survivors include her daughter, LaVon Fabian of Trussville, AL; grandson, Darrell Sullivan of Trussville, AL; daughter-in-law, Brenda Fabian of Heflin, AL; grandchildren, Gregg, Jason, and Wendell Moore and Shirley Fite; 4 great-grandsons and 2 great-granddaughters; several nieces and nephews also survive.
