Leanore Lucas, 83, a resident of 89 Curtis Street, Fulton, passed away on December 9 at her home surronded by her family. Born in Syracuse, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Stoluski) Rubinstein and had attended Syracuse schools. She was employed with the State University of Oswego for over 20 years and was a member of the CSEA. Mrs. Lucas enjoyed going to the casino. Surviving are two daughters, Debbie (Lucas) Chambers of Fulton, Robin (Lucas) Bolton Of Oswego, two grandchildren, Joshua and Cierra Bolton, a sister, Audrey Epstien of Arizona and a son in law, Jim Cannon. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Lucas on November 8, 2004. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2:00 from the Dowdle Funeral Home with calling hours from 12:30 to 2:00 prior to the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
