BAKER, BERTHA LEE RUSSELL - of Seymour went to be with her Lord and savior on January 25th 2012. She was born in Sevier County, July 10th, 1923 to Jake & Mary Palmer Russell. She is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her husband Beecher William Baker; daughters Brenda Gail Sise and husband Jack Sise, Phyllis Kay Hood and husband Larry Hood of Maryville; grandchildren Sherry Lee Prouty, Steve F. Sise and wife Donna, and Whitney Eanes and husband Jim; 5 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. She was a Godly devoted wife and mother who will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank the staff of Asbury Place Health Care Center in Maryville for their exceptional care. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm on Saturday January 27th at the Highland South Chapel. The funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm. The interment services will follow at Highland South Memorial Park.
