Gladys Lorene Sanderson Kyle, 88, of Sheffield, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will follow in the chapel, with Jeff Newton officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
Mrs. Kyle was a Colbert County native and member of Valdosta Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Flure M. and Lovie Phillips Sanderson, six brothers and two sisters.
She was a member of Florence Golf and Country Club and loved dancing.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jesse F. Kyle, of Sheffield; sister, Ruby Boothe, of Iuka, Miss.; and several nieces and nephews.
