Frances Earleen Sawyer, 64, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008. She was born Dec. 8, 1943 in Caliente, to Francis and Velma Thorne. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Sawyer; and her son, Guy Sawyer. She is survived by her son, Michael (Kody) Sawyer. Also survived by brother, Daniel (Alberta) Thorne of Las Vegas, Patrick (Dixie) Thorne of Las Vegas; sisters, Sherron (Larry) Davis of Santaguin, Utah, LaRae Turner of Dublin, Calif., and Norma (Jake) Nelson of Alamo; and two grandchildren, Page and Colton. Graveside services at noon Thursday Nov. 12, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
