Terrlyn "Terri" Brunmeier, 66, Green Bay, died Wednesday, November 12, 2014, surrounded by her family, after a long battle with cancer.

She was born May 18, 1948, to Robert and Deleana (Benz) Scannell. Terri was a lifetime Green Bay resident. She married Daniel Brunmeier on November 21, 1971. Terri received her Masters Degree/Reading and Bachelor of Science in Education. She was a teacher for over 30 years, primarily with the Ashwaubenon School District. Terri enjoyed book club, knitting club, ceramics, playing bridge, gardening, watching the Green Bay Packers, traveling to Mexico, and spending time with friends and family.

Terri is survived by her husband, Dan Brunmeier; three children, Lucas and his wife, Tricia Brunmeier, Wauwatosa; Chad Brunmeier, Green Bay; and Melissa Brunmeier, Green Bay; three grandchildren, Leo Brunmeier, Vincent Brunmeier, and Xavier Brunmeier; her mother, Deleana (Benz) Scannell, Green Bay; three siblings, Pat and Chris Scannell, De Pere; Randy and Rose Scannell, Green Bay; and Nancy (Scannell) and Allen Leny, Green Bay; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Scannell; grandparents, Alois and Hazel (Gegare) Benz; Aunt Arlene (Benz) Carter; brother-in-law, Jack Brunmeier; sister-in-law, Debbie (Walsh) Brunmeier.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday. A Parish Wake Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Friends may also call at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Tuesday until the funeral procession leaves for the church at 10 a.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Elizabeth Ann Seton, 2771 Oakwood Dr., at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with Rev.
