Mrs. Bush passed away on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013, at her home.
She was born Aug. 8, 1934, in Putnam County to the late Harley Thomas, and Winnie Cynthian Ann (Brown) Scarlett.
She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith, and a very devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, dedicated to her family and home.
Mrs. Bush is survived by her husband, James Nelson Bush of Baxter; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Danny Bush of Baxter and David and Lisa Bush of Baxter; three grandchildren, Dreama Page Bush of Knoxville, Kyle and Laura Bush of Baxter and Justin and Kayla Bush of Baxter; two great-grandchildren, Bryson Bush and Josie Bush; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Wilson and Ruth Scarlett of Nashville and Harry and Jodi Scarlett of Nashville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe and Earl Scarlett, and two sisters, Emma Ruth Scarlett, and Sue Watts.
