Mrs. Quigley was a lifelong resident of Springfield. She was employed by the Illinois secretary of state as a clerk typist, retiring in 1993 after 25 years of service. She also was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church and the Altar and Rosary Society.
Survivors: two daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Margaret) Scott of Lakeland, Fla., and Mrs. Robert (Sharon) Wells of Springfield; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services: Mass, Blessed Sacrament Church, the Rev. John C. Burnett officiating. Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
