William Gallaway in Menomonie Township, Dunn County, Wisconsin and witnessed by Paul Scherf and Henriette Weuship. Edmund was born October 12, 1881 in Tainter Township, Dunn County, Wisconsin, son of Lewis Eugene Roswell and Linnie Alberta Finley. He died Oct. 28, 1968, at Menomonie, Dunn County, Wisconsin, aged 87 years and 16 days and was buried besides the remains of his wife in Cedar Falls Cemetery. Their double Roswell gravestone is inscribed "Father Leon 1881 - 1968." and "Mother Emma 1885 - 1936."Their known children, born in Tainter Township, were:
