Lucille M. Bauer, lifelong Lenexa, Kansas, resident and member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, died on March 14, 2014, at Santa Marta. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. March 19, 2014 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 13615 W. 92nd Lenexa. Burial: St. John Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the Church, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Trinity School where she enjoyed the children playing since 1947. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella since 1948. Lucille was born May 30, 1919, at 9025 Pflumm Road, Lenexa, to George and Mayme Schlegel. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Bernard, Louis, Irvin, infant daughter, Debra on May 18, 1955, and her daughter-in-law, Barbara. She married Vincent Bauer Oct. 25, 1947, at Holy Trinity Church. He died March 31, 1996. Survivors include three children, seven grandchildren, and five great grandsons.
