Edward E. Schnell, 69, Flora, died Monday March 7, 1983 at 4:45 p.m. in his home.
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the John T. Frank Funeral Home in Flora. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. tonight. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Flora.
Mr. Schnell was born Nov. 9, 1913, the son of Clarence and Mary (Travis) Schnell. He married Mary West McKinnon May 21, 1961 in Flora and she survives.
He was an oil field worker for Union Oil Company in Clay City.
Other survivors include three step-sons, Mike and Larry McKinnon, both of Maywood; and Danny McKinnon, Flora; a daughter, Mrs. Linda Toetz, Glendale, Az.; a brother, Manley Schnell, Clay City; a sister, Wilma Bute, Louisville; and two granddaughters.
