Hildegard Barbara Seidl was born on March 10, 1915 in Sleepy Eye, MN, the daughter of Joseph & Katherine (Suess) Seidl. She grew up and attended grade school in Sleepy Eye. She married Raymond J. Forster on November 23, 1939 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye. Hildegard worked at AJ Pietrus, Piehl Produce, cleaned house for people and washed clothes for Sisters of St. Francis as well as cleaned the church. Her husband preceded her in death on March 30, 1981. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and the Christian Mothers. She is survived by son, Charles Forster of Sleepy Eye, daughter-in-law, Charlene Forster of Sleepy Eye, three grandchildren, David, Daniel and Sarah Forster, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Raymond, son, Gilbert, brothers and sisters, George Seidl, Mary Remiger, Frank Seidl, Joseph Seidl, Jr., Mathilda Sellner, Florian Seidl and a sister in infancy.
