WEST POINT -Evelyn Lucille Sennett Aycock, 89, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2007, at Noxubee General Hospital in Macon. She was born Jan. 14, 1918, in the Mashulaville community of Noxubee County to the late Sarah Ann Otis and Charlie Phoutz Sennett. She was a retired salesclerk with Baptist Bookstore in Jackson after 20 years. She moved to West Point from Jackson in 1984. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in West Point. She married Charles S. Aycock on Oct. 14, 1938; he preceded her in death on Oct. 14, 1982.

Services will be at 10 a.m.today at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Lee Gordon will officiate, and the Rev. Dale Funderburg will assist. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in West Point.

Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and a great-great-niece.

Pallbearers will be Henry Nelson, Michael Nelson, Carl Beard, Duke Lippincott, Charles Lippincott, and Wilson “Pug” Lippincott.
