Michelle Renee "Mikki" (Shelby) Cockrell was born on September 20, 1973 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Dorothy Roberds and Stephen Shelby. She attended Sabinal High School, graduating in 1992. She worked as a customer service associate for HEB for approximately 10 years. According to the family, she enjoyed spending time with her loves ones. She is survived by one son, Tracy Lee White (TJ) of Sabinal; one daughter, Keirri Anderson Shelby of Sabinal; parents (mother and step-father) Dorothy and Micheal Sisk of Sabinal; two brothers, Sean Shelby and wife, Regina, of Sabinal, and JD Sisk and wife, Cynthia, of Onalaska; two nephews; Sean Shelby Jr. of Sabinal and Dylan Sisk of Onalaska; and two nieces, Maya Shelby of Sabinal, and Kylie Sisk of Onalaska. She was preceded in death by her birth father, Stephen Joe Shelby, and uncle Grady Roberds.
