CROCKETT, Sept. 18. - Funeral rites for Mrs. Lena E. Beach of Crockett, 35, who died Saturday afternoon at an Oakland hospital, were held at the Ryan Chapel here yesterday with interment at Sunset View Cemetery.
Mrs. Beach had been a resident here for the past three years and she is survived by her husband, Curtis L. Beach, editor of the Crocket Signal.
Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Marjorie Jean and Grace Ann Beach of Crockett; her mother, Mrs. Anna Witterin of Portland, a brother, Bernard Sherman of South San Francisco, and three sisters, Mrs. Clara Haines of Santa Monica; Mrs. Agnes Maitland, and Mrs. Retha Rice of Portland.
