HILTZ, Linda Ann (Shore) Beloved wife, sister, aunt, cousin and dear friend passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 after a long and relentless battle with many health issues. Linda was born to Jack and Dorothy Shore on November 18, 1942 in Boyle Heights and attended various schools graduating from Alhambra High School. While living in Hawaii she met her future husband Richard E. Hiltz and they both enjoyed life to the fullest especially their passion for the "Hot Rod" culture in Southern California. Linda is preceded in death by her husband Richard, her brother Cary Shore (Beverly), niece Lori Hiltz and nephew Stephen Hiltz. She is survived by her nephews Richard Hiltz (Ting), Ken Hiltz (Tammy), Tim Hiltz (Jama), Jonathan Shore, and sisters-in-law Beverly Shore and Jane Hiltz. Linda is also survived by her grand nieces Siri and Devin Hiltz, and grand nephews Sean and Geoff Hiltz.
Our special thanks go to her loving and compassionate caregiver Janeth Areas who gave meaning and hope to Linda's last years of life. Memorial service Friday, February 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Hillside Memorial Park Mortuary (800) 576-1994.
