She married Henry Buckman, 1801-1846, in Washington County, Kentucky. Martin Hardin was the surety for their marriage bond dated April 23, 1824--see Marriage Book I, page 181 in the County Clerk's Office in Springfield, Kentucky. Rev. Father Richard Pius Miles, O.P., later the first Bishop of Nashville, Tennessee, presided at their marriage.
She is listed as the head of household 1417 in the 1850 Census of Washington County, Kentucky, on pages 232-233, November 15, 1850. The household (all born in KY0 is listed as follows: Ann Buckman, 45, female; Herny R. Buckman, 12, male; Sarah E. Buckman, 10, female; Eliza A. Buckman, 8, female; and Catherine Buckman, 16, female.
