Kenneth E. Smith, 82, of Victoria, IL died Sunday, Feb. 16, 1992, at St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg.
Born May 1, 1909, in Brown County to William and Laura May Smith, he married Annabelle Stegall on April 13, 1940, in Palmyra, Mo. She died Oct. 7, 1979.
Three brothers and three sisters also preceded him in death.
Surviving are one son, Ronald E. of Victoria; two daughters, Frances L. VeNard of Galva and Sharon Morelli of Norris; two brothers, Russell of Indiana and Bill of Canton; and one sister, Mary Peterson of Ottawa.
He farmed for several years near Ottawa and assisted the township supervisor for 10 years. He last worked as a baker for Howe Anderson Bakery in Galesburg for six years, retiring in 1965.
Graveside services will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Galesburg.
