Robin Dornbusch died at the age of 44 at her home in Prior Lake, Minnesota from Breast Cancer. The daughter of Doris (Frith) Smith and Bob Smith. Robin attended school in Burnsville, Minnesota. She married Bon Dornbusch on August 23rd, 1985. She was employed by Pitney Bowes until her first child was born. Christine Marie was born on September 28th, 1987, one year later her second child was born, Bobby Jr. was born on October 28th, 1988. After her kids started school, she went to work for Progressive Technologies, in Bloomington, Minnesota. In the summer of 1997, she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Her daughter was just 9, her son was only 8. She continued working while undergoing Chemotherapy treatments. It went into remission, but returned in January of 2000. She continued working through more Chemotherapy treatments until January of 2003. She recieved her medical treatments at Parker Hughes Cancer Center. She and her husband were members of Shepard of the Lake Lutheran Church in Prior Lake, Minnesota. She is survived by: Her Husband Bob Dornbusch of 17 years, her daughter Christine-15, her son Bobby Jr.-14, her parents, Doris and Bob, of Prior Lake, Minnesota, her sister, Brenda Smith of Burnsville, Minnesota, and her brother, Doug Smith of Prior Lake, Minnesota.
