Obituary--Mrs. Susie Moniger

Susie Moniger was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on October 31, 1860, and died December 20, 1928, in Sioux Rapids, Iowa. She spent her early childhood in Pennsylvania and later, with her parents, moved to Iowa, where she has since resided. She was married to Jacob Moniger on December 24, 1877, at Elk Point, S.D.

The husband, one son and one daughter preceded her in death.

She joined the Methodist church when a young girl and had remained a faithful member to the day of her death.

She is survived by eight daughters: Mrs.. J. H. Luebs, of Lake Preston, S. D.; Mrs J. O. Bliss, of Westfield, Ia.; Mrs. S. R. Schuyler, of Huron, S. D.; Mrs. J. W. Wilton, of Sioux City, Ia. Mrs. H. D. Nelson, of Eagle Grove, Ia.; Mrs. R. A. Hyde, of Huron, S. D.; Mrs. B. Fielder, of Sioux Rapids, Ia., ans Mrs. H. H.Hough, of Sibley, Ia.; also, thirty-three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two brother and two sisters.

The funeral was held and interment made at Sioux Rapids, Iowa.
