Evelyn Beaver, Taylors

Jennie Evelyn Smith Beaver, 96 of Taylors passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013. She was the widow of F. Nathaniel Beaver and the daughter of W.H. and Clara Smith. She felt blessed to have three daughters: Jayne Burgin, Jennifer Beaver and Katrina Sizemore. She is survived by Jennifer and Katrina and Katrina's husband, Tom Sizemore. Ms. Beaver's joy laid in her family. She was blessed with four granddaughters: Susan and her husband, Robbie Harrison; Marna and her husband, Jim Mauro; Lindsay Jefferson; and Leslie and husband, Quinten Barton. Her joy was complete in her only grandson, Nis Nielsen IV. She is survived by fourteen great-grand children: Anna, Will and John Harrison; Mason and Sydney Ouellette; Sophia and Lily Mauro; Emily, Ansley and Bailey Jefferson; Megan, Blake and Callimaddox Barton; and Christian Nielsen, V. She was a graduate of Piedmont High School and she attended Coker College and Greenville Women's College/Furman University. She majored in voice. Ms. Beaver was a faithful member of the Taylors Church of Christ. Memorials may be made to Southeastern Children's Home or to any other organization given in God's name.
