LONG BRANCH -- Mrs. Rosa V. Priddy, widow of John M. Priddy, died Friday at her home, 276 Highland Ave.

She is survived by a son, Harry L. Priddy of Toledo, Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. George T. Burtt of Elberon; a brother, William Smith of Erie, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Florence Rall of Eatontown; two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at the Damiano Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Smith, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
