SHELBY - Mrs. Carrie Sneed Angel, 89, died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2001, at White Oak Manor in Shelby.
A native of Cleveland County, she was born March 3, 1911, a daughter of the late William Clarence and Margaret Brown Sneed.
She was a member of Waco Baptist Church and retired as a winder with Houser Spinning Co. in Cherryville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard James Angel; two daughters, Carolyn Millwood and Patricia Ann Angel; two brothers, Olin Sneed and Hubert Sneed; and one sister, Ruth Sneed.
Burial will be in Capernaum Cemetery in Waco.
