MARY ELIZABETH BUEHLER

Mary Elizabeth Buehler, age 68, of Pennsville, NJ passed away with her family by her side on Thursday, June 23.

Born in Penns Grove, NJ, daughter of the late Edmund O. Spinelli and Nancy Clarence Bailey.

Mary was employed by Queen of the Apostles Church for 35 years.

She is predeceased by her loving husband, Allan W. Buehler.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Lynn Sooy (Brian) of Carney's Point. Sons, Michael A. Buehler (Amy) of Pennsville, David A. Buehler (Lysa) of Joplin, MO.

Grandchildren, Devon Sooy (Frank), Brian D. Sooy, Jr., Michael R. Buehler, Sr. (Ashley), Shane, Samantha, and Kalie Buehler, Lauren Buehler.

Great-grandchildren, Mali Kamthamala, Michael Jr. and Jayden Buehler, Kash Buehler, Skyler Laperriere-Simmons, and Alexander Dancer.

Step Grandchildren, Vernon and Bon Congelton, Justin and Patrick Adams. Step Great-grandchildren, Blossom and Veda Congelton.

Sisters and brothers, Yolanda Overstreet (Carroll), Edmund Spinelli (Judy), Alfred Spinelli, Nancy Carpenter (Ed), Billy Spinelli, along with many nieces and nephews who adored her, and step-brother, Steve Bailey (Karen).

Mary was a devoted volunteer who gave her all too many organizations including Jaycettes, Alter & Rosary Society (Queen of the Apostles), Women's Club, Friends of the Pennsville Library, Pennsville Historic Society, Penns Grove, Carney's Point and Oldmans Township Historical Society, Red Hat Society, Septemberfest Committee.

Mary volunteered at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County, Meals on Wheels, Catholic Social Services, served on the JCC, and was a Eucharistic Minister.

Mary loved hosting parties, decorating her beautiful home, reading, crocheting, going out to eat, and most of all, shopping.

Mary truly enjoyed showering her family with love, kindness, and generosity.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 7:00 PM Monday Evening at the Queen of the Apostles RC. Church, Pennsville where friends may call from 6:00 to 7:00 prior to the Mass. Burial of cremains will be held 10:00 AM Thursday at the St. Mary's Cemetery, Salem.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the Friends of the Pennsville Public Library, 190 S. Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070.
