LILLIAN (ST. DENIS) DUNNE, 86, of 500 Wilbur Ave., formerly of Shawomet Gardens, died Sunday at Clifton Geriatric Center. She was the widow of Dr. F. Sidney Dunne, former assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Eddie and Josephine (Paquette) St. Denis, she had lived in Florida, and in Havertown and Springfield, Pa., for many years before moving to Somerset.

Mrs. Dunne leaves a stepdaughter, Margaret Davis of West Palm Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Imelda McHugh and Lydia St. Denis, both of Fall River; a brother, Henri St. Denis of Casselberry, Fla.; and four grandchildren. She was a sister of the late Irene Rioux.

The funeral will be held Thursday at 8:30 a.m. from Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral Mass at 9 at St. Anne Church, South Main Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
