Mrs. Floy B. "Flo" Hudspeth age 83, of Palestine, Arkansas died Monday, September 23, 2013 in her home in Palestine after a short illness.
Mrs. Hudspeth was born August 10, 1930 in Sand Slough, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Daniel Webster Stain and Lillie Mathes Stain. Mrs. Hudspeth had made her home in Palestine most of her life and was a long time member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Palestine.
Mrs. Hudspeth married Barton Hudspeth in 1973. He survives her along with a daughter Virginia Ann Driggers and husband Harvey of Gaston South Carolina; two sons Lonnie Gene Clark and wife Becky of Palestine and Jack Calvin Clark Jr. of Palestine; two sisters Barbara Ann Rupple of Heber Springs and Janie Chandler of Royal, Arkansas; four brothers Donald Lee Stain of Pangburn, Ray Stain of Heber Springs, Allen Darrell Stain of Clinton and Ricky Stain of Kennett, Missouri; two brother-in-laws Robert Hudspeth and wife Debbie of Baldwin, Missouri and Brad Hudspeth of Forrest City. Five grandchildren and four great grandchildren survive her along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. At Stevens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Bell Cemetery.
