Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cross Roads Baptist Church for Mrs. Johnnie Lois Arinder, 39, of Improve, who died Thursday at University Hospital in Jackson following a brief illness.

Officiating ministers were the Rev. Billy Lowery, the Rev. Roy Black and the Rev. Randy Phillips. Burial was in Graves Cemetery with Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home in charge.

Pallbearers were Lanny, Aubra, Charles and Winnie Arinder, Jim Carter and Terry Davis.

Mrs. Arinder, a native of Sumrall, was the wife of James Cleo Arinder. Other survivors include two daughters, two sons, her mother, Mrs. Hubert Stapleton of Sumrall, four sisters, two brothers and several nieces and nephews.
