Rosemarie Windsor, 74, born in Oftersheim, Germany on December 28, 1939 and went to meet our Lord on Thursday, February 06, 2014. Love and care of her family were hallmarks of Rosemarie's life, which included her two loving K-9 daughters, Molly and Sissi. Rosemarie and Joe shared their love of travel during and after their time as a U.S. Marine/ spouse. Rosemarie loved her monthly canasta card games with her German girlfriends. Rosemarie will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, Oma, Great Oma and cherished friend. Preceded in death were Rosemarie's father, Hans Staudt and mother, Anna Staudt, of Oftersheim, Germany. Remaining and continuing to cherish her memory are her loving husband and best friend of 35 years, Joe Windsor; sons, Thomas Dansky (Lisa), Ronald Dansky (Stephanie), of South Carolina; step sons, Scott Windsor, Cory Windsor and; step daughter, Kim Windsor, all of Illinois; 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her two loving K-9 daughters, Molly and Sissi. Special thanks to our loving friends who made Rosemarie's last days so comfortable, Paul, Marliese Herrick, Edmund, Heidi Illgen, Marianne Murphy, Robert, Sandy Mencher and Stan Takako Walker. Also her many friends who called with their prayers. A special thanks of gratitude goes to Dr. Thomas Sunnenberg, Dr. Robert Marcus and their team of professional caregivers. A thank you also goes out to nurse provider Barbara Lam and all the other Hospice personnel that assisted Rosemarie in her final peaceful journey, namely Peggy and Orlando. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Rosemarie's memory to the Pensacola Humane Society. http://pensacolahumane.org Interment will take place at Barrancas National Cemetery with Pastor Jack Giddens officiating
