Also survived by best friend, Catherine C. Kemp and ex-wife, Shirley H. Staudt. Son of the late Joseph and Katherine Staudt, he was also preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters. Mass of Christian Burial at the Franciscan Monastery, 1400 Quincy St. N.E., Washington, D.C, on Tuesday, February 22, at 11 a.m. Graveside service and interment at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday, March 3, at 10 a.m. Please assemble at the Memorial Gate at 9:45. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Franciscan Monastery or Capital Hospice, 4401 Connecticut Ave. N.W., Suite 700, Washington, DC 20008.
