Roumaine S. Kulp, formerly of Seminary Street, Pennsburg, died Wednesday, Dec. 4, in LifeQuest Nursing Center, Milford Township. She was the wife of Francis S. Kulp. They were married 71 years last April.

Born in Hummelstown, Dauphin County, she was a daughter of the late Elmer B. and Ada (Albright) Kulp.

She was a member and past choir member of Pennsburg United Church of Christ.

A past member of the Bach Choir, Bethlehem, she was also a past officer of Perkiomen Chapter 318, Order of the Eastern Star, Red Hill; a past member of Upper Perkiomen Valley Women's Club and a member of National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Survivors: Husband; son, Stuart of Bethlehem; sister, Dorothy Baker of Pennsburg; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services: Private. No calling hours. Arrangements, Falk Funeral Home, Pennsburg.
