BARTON-STEELE.
Married, at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John F . Steele, Church street, Owego, N. Y., Wednesday, June 4, 1902, by Rev. C. M. Bartholomew, Frederick Daniel Barton and Miss Cora Adelaide Steele, both popular in a large circle of friends. The bride wore an elegant gown of white batiste, a perfect mass of lace and insertion, presenting a charming effect. There were more than 100 guests present and the refreshments were served by Mrs. Barnett. The ceremony occurred at 7:30 p. m. Among; those present from out of town were W. M. Steele, wife and son, Mr. and Mrs. A. V. Schuyler, Claude Wisehart, N. McHarvey, W. T. Blanpied and wife and Miss Welles, Elmira; Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Muzzy, Mr. and Mrs. H. J . Gaery, Slingerlands, N. Y.; Walton Barton, Berkshire; Mr. and Mrs. T. F . Chamberlain and daughter, Newark Valley; Mrs. W. E, Barton, Kansas City; Mrs. W. D. Foster, Binghamton; Miss Emma Myers, Knoxville, Pa. Mr. and Mrs. Barton left on Erie train 12 last night for a visit in New York.

Owego - Funeral services for Mrs. Cora S. Decker, 83, who died at her home, 272 Main Street, Monday night, will be held tomorrow from her home at 11 a.m. Friends may call tonight from 7 to 9 pm.
Arrangements were handled by the Merritt Liddle Funeral Home. The Rev. John Williamson of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will officiate, and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Decker was born in Owego Aug 26, 1872, the daughter of John F. Steele and Adelaide F. Murphy Steele.
She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
Mrs. Decker is survived by her husband Dr. George Decker, a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Lucille Decker of Pompano Beach, Fla and Owego; three nieces, Mrs. William Heller of Homer, Mrs. Clifford Johnson of Cortland, and Mrs. Dorothy Madden of Lake Placid; three nephews, Lauren Steele of Grand Rapids, Mich.; W. Henry Steele and Raymond Steele of Elmira, nine grand-nieces, and ten great-grand-nieces and nephews.
