Phyllis Stone Clark, 78 daughter of the late Clay and Virginia Clark Stone passed away Saturday October 25, 2014 at the University of Kentucky hospital.

She is survived by three sons, Bobby Lutes, Stephen Lutes and Scott (Krystal) Clark; five grandchildren, Robert Browning Lutes, Rhea Lutes Campbell, Stephanie Lutes, Codi Lutes and Connor Lutes; four great grandchildren, Bradley Lutes, Shelby Campbell, Hayes Campbell and Case Campbell; special friend, Dickie Clark and numerous cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be 2:00PM Wednesday October 29, 2014 at the Millersburg Cemetery.

The children will be serving as pallbearers.
