She was born in Mecklenburg County to the late John William Stowe and Stella Mae Moffitt Stowe.

Judy was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church in Dallas and retired from Parkdale Mills in Gastonia after 40 years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Kenneth Anthony; brothers, Forrest Stowe, Dan Stowe, Doug Stowe, Gary Stowe, Randy Stowe and Vernon Stowe; sister, Brenda Thompson.

Those left to cherish her memory are;Son: Mike Anthony and wife Carol of Lincolnton,
Daughter: Lisa Anthony Rowe and husband Kevin of Dallas,Sister: Linda Sexton and husband Ned of Longs, SC,Grandchildren: Parker Anthony (Lauren), Peyton Anthony, Meredith Rowe Menzer (Andrew), and Makenzie Rowe,Great-Grandchildren: Kynlee Anthony, Leighton Menzer

Graveside Service: Westview Gardens in Bessemer City. The Rev. Dr. Ed Yount will officiate.
