Kathleen 'Kathy' Gerarda (Sullivan) Ames born on, 29 September 1954, in Astoria, Queens, NY to Mr. and Mrs. John Norton Sullivan (Mildred 'Tommy' Frances Lawlor). She was the 2nd child of seven children: Patricia Marie Sullivan (Heilpern), Kathleen Gerarda (Sullivan) Ames, Loretta Anne Sullivan (Lewis), Mary Jane (Sullivan) Currid, John Norton Sullivan, Jr., Michael Richard Sullivan and Daniel Gerard Sullivan. On, 24 May 1980, she married David Grant Ames at Our Lady of Sorrows RCC Clark Street in Vestal, Broome, New York by Rev. R. Paul Mathis (who also Baptized her son and conducted the prayer services at her wake at the funeral home). Together they had a son - Timothy David Ames who married Gabrielle Percival on, 30 August 2014. Kathy was a Licensed Practical Nurse and former drummer for The Broome County Celtic Pipe and Drum Band. She loved her faith, family, Irish Ancestry, laughter, lighthouses and the beach.
