Denise B. "Mama" Taylor, age 44, devoted mother and friend, passed away suddenly January 14, 2011. Preceded in death by her daughter Jessiyka Lennell Taylor. She is survived by her son Marcus Dustin Taylor, father Ed Buffkin, mother Judy Buffkin, sisters Tammy Buffkin (Johnny) and April Soles (Mark), granddaughter Nevaeh, niece Holly Furlough, former husband and friend Jessie Taylor, best friends Kym Tucker, Linda Craddock, and Susan Cox and numerous close friends and family. Denise was employed by MTA as a Statistical Clerk. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 18, 2011, 12:00 noon in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jessie Taylor, Mark Ryman, Matt Ryman, Grant Davis, Gary Craddock, Jimmy Cox, and Jeff Tucker. Visitation will be Sunday 2:00-8:00 p.m. and Monday 8:00 a.m-8:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Breast Cancer Awareness.
