Beverly Ann (Taylor) Anthony, Grand Rapids MN, went to be with her heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 of a heart attack. Beverly was born on March 15, 1936 to Florence and Alfred Taylor in Oskaloosa, IA and she lived 80 years, 7 months and 23 days. She enjoyed doing hand work and creating scarves and afghans, which she would give to anyone needing something warm. For many years, Beverly enjoyed working with senior citizens and worked in nursing homes and later as a volunteer for hospice. Beverly also donated her blood every 55 days and was known to help out anyway she could. She lived in the Pella, IA area and attended Pella school. Beverly was united in marriage to J.D. Anthony on May 25, 1964 and they moved to Grand Rapids, MN in 1987. She will be deeply missed.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents; parents; husband, J.D.; two sons, Randy Alan Vonk and David R. Vonk; one brother, Jerry; and one nephew.

She is survived by one son, Danny Joe Vonk Anthony; two brothers: Robert "Bob" and Jack (Pam); one sister, Sandra (John) Minter; grandson, Michael; great-granddaughter; and nieces and nephews.

Beverly was buried next to her husband in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
