Letitia (Taylor) Craddock was born on January 23, 1867 in Tennessee, the daughter of John "Edward" Taylor (1835–1906) and Mary Catherine Harrison (Cullum) Taylor (1842–1912).
She was married on May 2, 1887 to William Adkisson Craddock (1864–1934), the son of Elija S Craddock and Martha (Richardson) Craddock.
Living on Young Lane in Nashville, Letitia was 60 years old and married when she died at home of apoplexy on June 2, 1927. Burial was two days later in Spring Hill Cemetery.
